Maintenance Contracts The mechanical equipment on your property is essential to the day-to-day operations of the property. Oasis offers two types of maintenance contracts that will provide your facility the coverage required keeping the systems running smooth and trouble free. Routine Maintenance Agreements provide you with routine inspections based on determined intervals in which specified checks and maintenance functions are completed. Customers receive preferred status and Oasis is ready in case a problem arises 24 hours a day seven days a week. Emergency Maintenance Agreements provide you with minimal routine service. However, this level of service provides customers with a preferred status in case something does go wrong. Preferred customers are given priority over non-contract customers when an emergency arises.
